Tastings happen in the dedicated back room of the showroom on Bellamyplein in Amsterdam. Blind cupping setup on the table, brewing setups arranged for side-by-side comparison. Quiet, focused, away from the main bar. Please note the tasting room is not suited for children under 12.

ABOUT THIS TASTING
Blind cupping is the most direct way to find your own preferences. We pour ten coffees side by side, you taste before knowing the origins, and decide what you like on the cup alone. We reveal which is which at the end. The Showroom bar comparison follows so you can see how the same coffee changes across formats.

Join us at the tasting table and explore coffees from the current collection together with the stories, processing methods, and brewing approaches behind each cup. Our tastings are relaxed, small-scale sessions, book a tasting session in our DAK SHOWROOM in Amsterdam.
Private Tasting
A 90-minute format in the tasting room, booked just for you or your. One of us working through a selection of coffees from the current menu with also a brew comparison where we pour one of the coffees two ways to show what changes when extraction shifts. Quieter, more flexible, and easier to steer toward what you want to know.
Private Tasting
A few times a year, we run sessions that go further than the regular tastings: water chemistry, fermentation decoded, or an omakase-style tasting. They rotate depending on what the team is working on and what’s in season. Check the calendar for what’s running next.
