Dak Events

We are an Amsterdam-based specialty coffee roaster driven by a restless curiosity for what coffee can be. From sourcing exceptional beans to pushing the boundaries of processing and roasting, every decision we make is in pursuit of clarity, sweetness, and flavour that surprises. The showroom in Oud West is where all of that finally comes together in one place. We invited the people who matter most, the ones who’ve followed the journey, shared the passion, and know that good coffee deserves a proper home. An evening to mark the beginning of something new with the showroom finally speaking for itself. The beginning of a new chapter, the first event of a long series.

DAK x ADAM PENDLETON COLLABORATION

We’re thrilled to announce a special collaboration with artist Adam Pendleton, marking a limited-edition coffee box created for the occasion of his first solo museum exhibition in the Netherlands. Adam reached out to us because he’s a Dak lover, and wanted something special to accompany this milestone moment. The result is a limited-edition box, brought to life together, blending his artistic vision with our passion for coffee. The collab box is only available in two places: our showroom and the Stedelijk Museum shop, while stocks last. Grab yours, and don’t miss the exhibition.

DAK X PLAQ

It’s going to be cold. Good. PLAQ makes some of the best chocolate coming out of Paris right now, all texture and depth, and we’ve been wanting to do something with them for a while. November felt right: hot chocolate weather, cuppings weather, stand-around-with-a-warm-cup-and-talk-to-strangers weather. So for five days, our showroom turns into a little corner of that. Proper hot chocolate. Cuppings paired with chocolate. A few more surprises we’re not going to spoil here.
